It’s good to include as much detail as possible, including any feelings / emotions that may have surfaced during the dream and upon waking. No teaching involved, only my empathic intuitive insight.

Insightful Dream dictionary

A fun, interactive workshop, learning to understand your own dream symbols, and creating your own dream dictionary-an integral part of your dream journal. This includes:

• Learn about dreaming
• Setting an ideal sleep environment
• Discuss some of the most common dream symbols and how these symbols assist you to embrace your intuition
• and create your own dream dictionary based on your own unique language

Learn about the ins and outs of dreaming and how to decipher your own dream language. Empowering you to become your own Dream Alchemist: Your pathway to walking confidently into your waking reality! The program allows you to delve deeper into dream work and intuitive development, working with dreams in a playful and exploratory environment. It’s a 3 month program, with 8 Modules:

• How to set clear intentions and agreements for dreaming and living a life on purpose
• The science of dreaming
• The ethics behind dream work
• How to encourage dreaming
• How to translate the symbols and their unique meaning for you
• How to create your unique dream language dictionary, using the dreams you are dreaming
• How to work with dreams, insights and taking action
• How to live on purpose, with exercises to help you gain clarity on how to put it all together

The goal is to show you how to access your intuition, utilizing the creative dreaming process, to accomplish anything you wish for yourself. Aligning intention, integrity and your dream’s messages to keep you on course.

Together we embark on a 10 Module program, to learn about your needs and your goals, and how to make them come true for you. This proven strategy can be applied over and over again, and no dream is too high.
